We construct sculptures based on emotion and develop concepts through observation. In our works there are elements of set-design, costumes and text which often are combined with non-scripted fiction, choreography and sound. We experiment as composers and explore the terms and history of layering - examine dogmas, norms, consumer culture, which relate back to the individual and our place in late capitalist society - socially as well as economically and politically. Kinship, labor, (gender)identity, parasitic dynamics and the maternal bond are reoccurring themes in our studies.
